Summers were designed for fun in the sun!  It’s a wonderful time for children to dream, imagine, explore, discover and enjoy the outdoors.  This is our goal
EVERYDAY at WORLD CUP SUMMER CAMP.

Program Description
Children will participate in special daily activities in our air-conditioned classrooms, physical education on the gym floor and the indoor playground, and outdoor activities on our 2 outdoor playgrounds.  In our well-equipped classrooms, the children will be introduced to exciting weekly themes that will include music & movement, arts & crafts, nature & discovery, and lots of enchanting stories.  Weekly guest visitors, like The Nature Center & The Petting Zoo will bring new and exciting sights, experiences, and learning to our campers.  Every Friday will be celebrated with special activities, like treasure hunts and obstacle courses.

Our programs encourage lots of physical activity and sports to help our campers further develop their motor skills.  In the indoor gyms, the children will climb, jump, roll, swing and ride on our trikes and scooters.  They will participate in daily outdoor play that includes; sprinklers and water slides in our awesome World Cup Water Park, nature walks, tricycle riding, sand play and lots of climbing and sliding in our playgrounds.  The fun intensifies with creative play using our magnifying glasses, butterfly nets, planting tools, bubbles, hula hoops and lots of colored chalk.  There will be a healthy snack and drink served each day and children should also bring their lunch.  Fridays are special days – pizza, juice and ice pops are served for lunch!!

Our staff is highly trained and qualified.  Each camp group is lead by an experienced early childhood teacher who is assisted by 2/3 additional counselors.  In addition, many classes have Counselors In Training.  Many of our CITs were once World Cup campers.  As with all World Cup programs, age-appropriate materials and equipment will be provided for each classroom and many activities will be specifically geared to each child’s individual needs.
